Delivery

1. What is the delivery time for an Amave order?

  • Local (within Pakistan): 5–7 working days.
  • During Sale/High Volume: Up to 10–15 working days.
    Orders are processed within 24 hours (working days). Delivery time depends on item availability and payment authorization. We may request payment verification to process your order smoothly.

2. Can I ship my order internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Please proceed through checkout and select your country to view rates and timelines, or contact Customer Care for assistance.

3. What are the delivery charges?

  • Pakistan: Free shipping on orders ₨ [threshold] and above. A flat ₨ [charge] applies below the threshold.
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Does the order total include shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown separately at checkout. Your total payable will include any shipping fees.

5. How do I check delivery status?
Once dispatched, your Tracking ID is shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email. Use it on the courier’s website or the Track Your Order page on Amave to monitor progress.

6. Which couriers do you use?

  • Pakistan: [TCS / Call Courier / Leopards / BlueEx / Post Ex]
  • International: [DHL / FedEx / Skynet]
    (Exact partners may vary by city/country.)

7. How many delivery attempts are made?
Our partners make at least two attempts. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. After the second failed attempt, the parcel is returned to us.

8. Can I change my shipping/billing address after placing the order?

9. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. However, due to regulations we cannot ship to

Exchange

1. Can I exchange my order?
Yes. You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags intact and the original invoice.
Note: Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Are there any additional charges on exchanges?

  • Within Pakistan: No exchange fee.
  • International: Return shipping may apply (non-refundable).

3. How long does an exchange take?
Typically 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

4. Which items are not exchangeable?

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Items not in original condition (used, washed, damaged, tags removed)

5. What if my item is damaged/incorrect? Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video to [hello@amave.pk] or WhatsApp. We’ll prioritize a replacement/exchange.

 Payment

1. Which payment methods do you accept?

  • Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer (on request)
    International: Debit/Credit Cards; [PayPal/Stripe] if enabled in your region

2. Is COD available internationally?
No. COD is Pakistan-only.

3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use PCI-compliant gateways and encrypted checkout to protect your data.

4. Why was my payment declined/held for verification?
Banks can block unusual transactions. Try another card, contact your bank, or choose a different method. We may request additional verification to protect you from fraud.
