    • Products in perfect condition, or those damaged due to customer handling, are not eligible for refunds.

    • Provide a clear description of the damage and attach photos or a video showing the issue.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  4. Return Shipping

    • For approved refunds, return shipping instructions will be provided, and Amave.pk will cover the cost.
